The salon is so clean and my stylist Ashley was amazing. I just recently moved and my friend referred me to this salon and the stylist. love the atmosphere of the place and felt extremely safe. I highly recommend Ashley because she did my cut and color so beautifully, definitely will be going back!
I was scheduled to come in at 3:00 in the middle of a blizzard instead of telling me not to come we called to say we were running late in a blizzard they tell us 10-15min is ok we get here at 3:26pm to say the service provider Carrie Ann left for the day becauseshe had to pick up her kids. This was very unprofessional on top of being stared at like we didn't belong and they didn't want us there. I talked to the manager Lori she was ride and didn't seem to care I sent to another shop that took care of us right away this place didn't deserve our business.
I had a pedicure yesterday with Sylvia. I have to say as a nurse, in this time of change, this salon is upholding every health standard to ensure the safety of their employees & clients. I am very impressed at their new protocol to protect everyone as we move forward with Phase 3 of the Governor's plan. Sylvia is lovely and does a wonderful spa pedicure, and made me feel and look pretty. It felt great to be pampered at One Salon & Spa. They really go out of their way to make clients a priority.
My stylist did not come back after the COVID shut down. I was concerned having someone new cut my hair. Couldn’t have asked for a better stylist than Carri. The first style was done like she had cut my hair forever. The salon was extremely clean and all precautions for COVID were taken.
