Called today due to my package disappearing after departing york, PA FIVE DAYs ago. Lady in the phone told me to call USPS and wouldn’t even take my tracking number, explaining that usps takes 9-14 business days to pick up, and that I need to go through them. I kindly explained that I had already called them and they directed me to her. She still wouldn’t help me......I’d give this place zero stars, lady in queens was super rude.

These guys sent a t-shirt destined for Ohio from Kentucky, to Illinois, then Pennsylvania. It's been 16 days and I still don't have my package. Keep up the great work guys and perhaps you can send my package to West Virginia next so it makes a complete circle around Ohio before arriving 2 weeks late.

One Stop Shipping is a lovely place. The employees are very friendly. They do not charge for pre-paid shipping. They are wonderful and charge less than UPS. They are amazing!!
Love this place. Its clean, staff is helpful and they accept FedEx and USPS packages.
