My wife and I have had a pool built before. It can be a terrible experience. We did significant reference checking before choosing Open Water Pools to do our pool at our new home. They came very highly recommended. And now we know why. The experience was just fantastic from start to finish. Everyone at Open Water was extremely professional and accommodated us at every turn. Frank Lanzone designed & built our pool & spa last year. We love it! We wanted the pool finished by a certain date & he totally delivered. He was involved every step of the way - this guy works hard & wants his customers to be happy. We saw a lot of Frank! This is the best pool we've ever had - it gives our yard a \wow\ factor too. I was worried when I chose to use an independent pool builder instead of a large national pool company. I have to say, Frank with Open Water Pools did a fantastic job! He stayed on top of the job to ensure it was built perfectly and still months after completion comes by to help me learn to manage my first pool. He immediately responds to any request and one of the things I like best - when something comes up he never worries who is responsible or who pays for any additional cost, he just gets it taken care of. The pool is beautiful and I consistently receive compliments about what a beautiful pool it is. I give Open Water Pools my highest recommendation.
