Tara is compassionate about her work in helping others achieve Optimum Health! Was facing surgery due to frozen shoulder but with the help of OH and PT was able to avoid that totally. The results of No surgery proves the incredible knowledge that Tara has. Thank you for helping me move again!

Christine was referred to me by my daughter and it has truly been a positive experience in my life. Used to think a massage was just a treat but it is so much more than that. It is rejuvenating! Christine has inspired me to take better care of myself and during this stay at home time I have missed one massage and probably the next one I have scheduled. Her gentle yoga classes (also on hold) are challenging for me but I won't give up. So glad I have included OH in my life schedule.
