Dinner for my 50th birthday at Deep Blu was amazing as usual. Third time dining here and it just gets better and better. Tonight I had the 12 oz strip with potatoes and a side of blu crab mac & cheese. Two words pure perfection!!!! Can't wait to get to go again.

On vacation for our wedding anniversary. Called and made a reservation, the book was wide open according to the host. He asked if we had any dietary restrictions and booked us in. We show up and the host looked panicked, he went to get the manager who returned and told us that they couldn't serve us because we were wearing sleeveless shirts. He said we could eat in the bar/lobby area. Mind you the place is empty! So my 200 dinner is fine in the lobby but we can't eat inside the restaurant? I'm floored. We are guests in the hotel and I've never been more embarrassed. I felt extremely discriminated against because we are a heavily tattooed couple. Needless to say we will never come back to this restaurant or this hotel.

Great service. Food was Fresh & Delicious!Props to the Chef! We enjoyed a Four Course meal with our children. Music in the background & dim lighting. Go out and enjoy dinner at the Deep Blu, what are you waiting for?!

The meal was great, service was attentive and always on hand but not over bearing. Had the oysters, crab cake, wild mushroom side, and shared the mains of sword fish and tile fish. Highly recommend the swordfish blackened great taste but found the butter to over power by the end, just do not let it melt. The tile fish was very moist and full flavored and was a great suggestion.

Our first choice “Bull and Bear” was completely booked, hence our surprise at how many empty tables there were when we arrived at Deep Blu for our Saturday night reservation for 2. We soon discovered why. The wait staff seemed friendly, but completely disappeared from the dining room for extended periods of time. This was easy to see because the place was mostly empty at 8-9pm, so not much to obscure our view of the vast dining room. The other diners seemed to keep themselves happy pouring their own wine, and while we were in no rush our beverages ran dry. The food took forever, but the whole snapper was delicious when it finally arrived. At 48 a plate it was overpriced considering the dearth of service. Even the assistant servers were largely MIA much of the night. The overall experience left much to be desired. I would not return, nor recommend to others.
