Matt and his guys were exceptional. We moved into a new home but it lacked the backyard paradise I demanded of my husband if we were going to live in Orlando. The pool is so beautiful, relaxing and tranquil. Everything works perfectly and they didn't leave a mess!

We have had nothing but problems getting our pool completed and working. This company is very unresponsive, world class at that. The appear to use subcontractors of poor quality and they do not appear to exercise much control over the subcontractors. My pool was to be completed by Oct 1st, it took to May for them to get it mostly done. The skimmer still doesn't and never has worked. My advice is to avoid these guys at all cost.

They design a nice pool, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and finish details are lacking. Three items remain unfinished in my new pool including a leak at the pool equipment. OPBD will not return calls or e-mails. They were paid their final payment and disappeared. So much for warranty. Very disappointing when you pay so much for a pool

After 30k ans 16 weeks, my swiming pool was finished, a lot of issues, no what it was promised to me. I dont recommend this company to anybody. All the people that worked on my pool were subcontractors. The worst thing was the onwer, he called me only to ask for the scheduled payments, never answered my emails. STAY AWAY

I had my pool resurfaced. The worst after sales service I have ever experienced,and it took a lawyers letter to get any response after six months. Beware!!

I set up three appointments with this crappy company, they never showed up and never called to tell me either they can't make it or reschedule. Stay away.....
