The stores presents such a simple and elegant design, almost equally as they cars! I entered just out of curiosity, always admired Tesla and wanted to see they cars by myself! The service there was exceptional, they treated me very well. It’s important to say that you can make orders completely remotely, and visit the store just to confirm the build quality of they products! Just hope to visit it again, but hopefully, going out of it driving a Tesla!

Yes, please, and thank you! The car and the service were fantastic. The people that work there are very straight to the point and kind. There is no pressure to buy anything. Either you love the cars, or you have bad taste.
Don’t go to this Tesla because the employees are rude to you. You would think when you are blowing your money on the car they would appreciate it. They are nice cars but they will give you an attitude unless you are rich people with money to pay out right for the cars.
I purchased a Tesla Model 3 LR RWD for my wife last year September from Shane at the Florida Mall Store. The process was extremely smooth and painless. From initial contact to delivery was 3 days. The car has been an absolute joy to own and we are a full electric family now along with my Model X.
Loved the experience driving a Tesla. The car feels better than what it looks. I couldn't believe the incredible speed it had.
We ordered our first Tesla Model Y 7-Seat - reserved it on my mobile phone, confirmed with a delivery date!!! What an amazing experience - the team at the store was/are super helpful, patient and candid - no pushy attitude or arrogance - ask for Andrew (3 yrs working for Tesla - very knowledgeable)
The people inside Tesla are absolutely ridiculous. We ordered our Tesla and even the manager wanted to give an attitude after we were told we could test drive one overnight instead of 30 minutes. They take 20 minutes to go over the car before you even get to drive. They also give you a car that is always dead and tell us we have to charge it. Why should we have to charge it when we just want to test drive it and it should be ready for customers to test drive. You have to use your whole time charging it because they take longer to charge when they are dead.
Extremely poor customer service level from sales team at Tesla Florida Mall. Surprisingly bad customer service from multiple managers here also. Maybe save yourself some time and stress, and go to another location.
