I’ve seen the nicest homes at Orleans Housing and they are cheaper right off the bat and willing to beat anyone else too. I know, they did it for me. I brought them the deal I got from another shop and they matched it then beat it and I got more in my home. Great people, easy process, awesome family oriented atmosphere and they treat you as if your family. I loved being there sometimes because they kept me happy, laughing and I felt at home. Go see Melissa and Mark. Both hard workers and they get the job done.

I just closed on my home and am moving into my home in about two weeks. The process was quick, easy and everything I was told it’d be. I went in at first thinking it was a long shot as Clayton down the street didn’t even want to help me. But Melissa took me in and gave me the run down and their presentation and walk thru was the best I’ve been given. I’d recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Even my grandmother is working with them now on her next home.
Mark Ledet and his team are amazing and very easy to work with. As a women getting up there in age with a fixed income, they where willing to basically sell me my new home for almost wholesale because I had a low income, low down payment and no where else to go. After visiting many businesses they where the first to help, first to make it work and just the best welcomed, family place I’ve been to. It’s hard to find that type of business and family oriented place now a days. Thank you Orleans Housing team.
Awesome team, great company and beautiful homes. Got approved for the home of my dreams, but the deposit was a little more than I have right now. So Mark got me partnered with one of their credit repair teams and in about 5-7 months I’ll be able to buy my home with a lower down. This team has everything you need to get into a home. Thanks to Mark and his team, I’ll be in my new home next year. Go see them if your in need of a home. They will do everything it takes to get you what you want and what you need.
Went to Clayton and after taking my money, forcing me into one lender and then giving me the run around, I got my refund and stopped by to see Mark and his team and with their help and Marks knowledge of the lending I was able to get an almost identical home, with more options, better finishes and more space for less money and used my land as a down payment. Thanks guys.
Omg! This place is amazing. When everywhere else told me no or threw their keys at me or asked for money before they’d show me a home, Mark and his team took the time, had no pressure and got me into a home. It was just what I needed and exactly what I needed. If I decide to buy another one they’re my first stop.
These guys are amazing. I had a used 1980s model Palm Harbor double wide that is just falling apart and we where in need of a new home. We went to several places and they either didn’t have what we wanted for what we could afford, they didn’t take trades or wouldn’t give us enough for our trade. We drove past them while driving towards Palm Harbor and decided to flip around and go see them first. Thank god we did. There homes where better built, nicer decor and a lot more affordable. With friendly attitudes, knowledge and the willingness to exceed all expectations, Mark and Melissa got my home sold in less than an hour to a park client of theirs down in Bryan, TX for more than expected and more than what all other locations offered. We just closed on our home last week and it’s being set up next week. Go see them.
The company as a whole is great. They helped my mother get out of her old, leaking and unsafe home and got her into a brand new home with 10 year warranty and more. I’d send everyone there. Great job to Mark and his team.
