Osborne Insurance is the BEST! Closest thing to ‘concierge’ services I’ve ever experienced: immediate attention to your needs, 24-7 support and feedback, personalized advice and at-their-fingertip’ answers based on expert knowledge. I’ve been with them for almost ten years and have never gotten the proverbial “I’ll get back to you” response. Michael Osborne is friendly, courteous, efficient and excels at listening and offering clear explanations. Most importantly, he cares. About you, your situation and finding the best policies and solutions. Today, a TGIF day, Michael twice returned my frantic calls - leaving his cell #!! - in regards to a Medicare-caused glitch. He not only quickly understood and explained the problem but even went online and fixed it FOR ME after I said I was burned out from spending over three hours on the phone, on hold, or getting disconnected from several agencies. 100% trustworthy company. The Best!

What an awesome insurance company!! When does anyone have anything nice to say about insurance companies but Osborne Insurance has been TERRIFIC to deal with. Michael takes his time and explains the options and really knows his stuff. I’m not one to gush praise on many but I can only tell you that no insurance company I’ve ever dealt with has come close. And I’m not getting my insurance through an employer so I have to pay it all out of pocket and look no further. Believe me I’ve done all of the legwork for you! Hey with Osborne Insurance Services!!
