They picked my car up at work promptly, returned it before I needed to leave. Care was taken to maintain COVID precautions (driver wore a mask, steering wheel cover was used). Great service.

Everyone at Outten, especially Dan, our salesperson, was a pleasure to work with. It started with the email contact actually, when I received an offer that was too good to be true, except it was! My wife was supportive, so I called right away and they arranged a meeting with Dan. The car was everything I was expecting, and the big surprise was that the final price was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My interactions with staff were the opposite of what you would call high pressure, they simply laid out what my options were and let me make the decisions. Dan made sure that all my questions about the car were answered, and the whole process took much less time than I thought it would. Overall I have to say the experience ranks at the top of my car buying history, and that gives me confidence that Outten will treat me right in the future should I need service.

Fair price on the used car I bought, to me, fast talking salesman, but I expected it and concentrated on the car. Clean car fax. Signing papers at the sale took too long. Left us in a room twice for at least 15 to 20 minutes by ourselves. I feel it should’ve been done a lot quicker. Other than that, service after the sale was awesome and I would still go back to them if they had a car on the lot that I was interested in.
