I hauled freight for Austex Transport but never got paid. Every time we called Austex we kept getting the tunnel around until they finally stopped answering their phone. Kizer Schwartz was able to get my payments back from the people who owned the freight we hauled! I didn't even know this was possible. After speaking with Charlie, I knew I was in good hands. We accidently came across Kizer Schwartz & Associates by some advertising email and I couldn't be more pleased with how they handled our situation. I had been trying to collect from this customer for over a year and had no success so I just thought, "what the heck" let someone else ruffle their feathers and if I get something out of this it's better than what I would have gotten. Kendra has been nothing short of an angel to work with and a little fun also. I would recommend these people to anybody that has that customer that just refuses to pay.
We had a broker who refused to pay us. It took KSA contacting their customers to get our money back! We dealt with it for over 6 months. I wish I would've contacted KSA sooner! Their staff walks you through the entire process step by step.
