JOE GHERARDI MY SALEMAN WAS AWESOME ! IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH HIM, HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS. HE WAS HONESTLY THE BEST CAR SALESMAN I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH AND I HAVE BEEN LEASING FOR YEARS FROM DIFFERENT CAR DEALERS. ALSO JOSEPH FALCARO THE MANAGER WAS GREAT , SO PERSONABLE ! This is the worst dealer on Long Island. From the Salesman whose only job is to see how much they can get from you for a car to the addition scam they have in the after sale office where the additional goal is to pick up where the original salesman left off and sell you 95% of unnecessary additional items that you don't need including the holy grail (Tire insurance). They fail to always mention that there is a limit to how many tires it will cover. The staff at this dealership needs to have a revolving door to save time because the skill level is zero. Now they were just taken over by Premier Group and I can only imagine what geniuses they bring in. My advice is to NEVER buy another car from them or go to this place again. I will HAPPILY go to Rallye, where they value the customer experience. Oyster bay employees are unprofessional, and now they have a new service manager that when ever asked a question, says that he has nothing to do with the sales area and all matters should be taken up with them. When asked about my car, I was told they don't have any records. This place should go out of business as soon as possible. Get ready for your new job... \Would you like fries with your burger\ ! I gave it one star because that was the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM. These guys are the worst of the worst. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!

The customer service from start to finish was exceptional! The tow driver Anthony was helpful and empathetic to our situation. Noel was extremely helpful and made the experience less traumatic. Last but certainly not least Susan was amazing. She waited until we arrived to make sure we were able to pick up the vehicle and get on the road for home.

This beautiful 2020 X5 is my 5th BMW lease and my 4th with BMW of Oyster Bay. As I always quote at least 3 dealerships towards lease end, Oyster Bay, with clear concise help and direction from Michael Bianco, did not disappoint. When a specific color and interior not in Oyster Bay inventory was requested, Michael was able to reserve one currently in production and had it shipped to Oyster Bay within 10 days. Michael is highly knowledgeable about the brand and very communicative throughout every step of the process. Bayside, Manhattan and yes even Rallye BMW could not compare to the level of service with lease end vehicle turn in and price points on my future lease. I highly recommend BMW of Oyster Bay to anyone who wants to feel the true pleasure of leasing and driving a BMW for the first (or in my case) the 5th time. Mike Kenny in Finance made the BMW FS process as smooth and easy as possible with clear, patient communication. An excellent team overall!
