I ordered my kitchen appliances last July, I got them installed in mid November and then I decided I wanted stainless steel panels for my refrigerator, I ordered them, paid for them and there has been a series of gross mistakes by Sergio Peña ever since. He ordered the wrong panels, then the panels arrived damaged, then reordered, arrived damaged again, then ordered the wrong item, then the panels did not arrive for Friday installation, or Saturday installation and Sergio is extremely dismissive and condescending about my frustration and tells me "maybe next tuesday". I demanded a refund for the defective panels on my fridge and he laughed at me and kept blaming his inefficiency on "the pandemic". And tells me he is the person in charge of Pacific Sales and I can not speak to anyone else about this. He refuses to remedy the situation and and accuses me of being ridiculous for being frustrated. Worst experience for here (I have bought many appliances from Pacific Sales) This employee is costing the company loyal customers.

Just left without spending one cent. Went in to purchase 5 major appliances for the kitchen, washer and dryer, and faucets and sinks for three bathrooms and the kitchen. Literally have 7500-10,000 to spend today and could not get one sales man to assist us. We won't be back. Ever.
