No holiday pay, management comes and goes as they please but get paid for every hour, it takes forever to get hired on but you only get 20 cents of a raise once hired on. Management is horrible and they openly walk around talking about other employees personal business. Sorry Mrs. Wand isnt there I think much of this would not happen if she was there..Horrible management horrible management they get paid but never there....all human resources would have to do is request the times that they use there badges toget onto and off of BMW property and the would see that no one is ever there no one in management but threatens to fire employees over any little thing.
