Had a flight of the three top The peach us maybe the best I've ever had. Chocolaye croissant pairs perfectly.

Pros Excellent cider made in house, there are vessels literally behind the bar. Pretty good sandwiches (philly and Jambon) Modern point of sale system Cons Potatoe salad left something to be desired They were out of half their ciders (the ones they had were great ) Food was missing that something special, lacked serious complexity or any true culinary inspiration. Just a little bit in the pricey side

I'm giving the food four stars....but unfortunately, the peach cider tasted like apple cider vinegar. Had this same cider last year and it was great... don't know what happened! Our server did tell us it would be tart...tart I can drink, vinegar not! We did tell our server how badly it tasted and hope she passed on this info to the manager.

This is such an awesome bistro! We love both their brunch and lunch menus. Andy and his staff are great and will help you find a cider that you’ll love. You can’t beat the atmosphere sitting out on the patio and the cider mimosas are pretty fantastic too!

Stopped and ate on the patio while passing through. Food was very savory and options were largely artisan/high-end twists to classics, but without the high prices. They also had some wine/spirits that they make themselves - definitely try the wines or mimosas. I wish I remembered the name of our waitress because she was amazing. During post-covid where masks and distance makes things awkward, she was so warm and welcoming, and also provided some great tips on where to stop in town (we were asking about wineries). Super upbeat and shared all kinds of fun facts. Manager stopped by the table twice and was equally as inviting and enthusiastic. I'll certainly be back when I stay in Palisade later this summer.

We attended 13 Brix Cider Bistro for Dinner for a large bachalorette party (10 people). The head chef, sous chef, and all other staff members were more than accommodating for a few of our attendees with soy and dairy allergies. This is a beautifully decorated and easily accessible restaurant. The food was incredible! I can't stress enough how delicious the food was and how wonderful each member of the staff was. If you only visit one restaurant in Palisade, make 13 Brix Cider Bistro that place!
