I will not go to any other Palm Harbor. The people at Elmendorf are kind and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot say enough great things about the Office Manager; she went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was a pleasurable one. Great energy at this establishment!

Jose went above and beyond for me and my wife!! He got us into our forever home in just 6 months!! He was always checking in with me and my family and how everything was going. He did an amazing job helping us get into our home and we absolutely love it!!!!!
Horrible experience. We found the home we wanted and were quoted a price and was told we came in during employee financing so it's discounted. We were pre-approved soon after. I found the lot I wanted for my family and when that was added in, the price of the home went up. They claimed they never quoted me a price for the home. They also said that promotion had passed. They tried forcing my family and I into a smaller home they could "make" look like the home we wanted. I told him no. I explained this needed to be made right or I might need to find a different builder as this was unacceptable and they were lying to me. The sales manager then threatened me through text to end my loan process. He put me down for the work I do and tried making feel like I should be grateful he even got me approved. I took my business elsewhere. I explained to my new builder, Texas Built, what was going on and we immediately transferred the loan over from palm harbor. They worked with me to keep the same loan and we just closed a few days ago. Palm harbor needs to get me management. Threatening your customers and using scare tactics to force them into something they don't want is unacceptable.

Hunter and Elva were incredibly helpful and friendly during our visit. They answered all our questions and provided so much information about the homes we were interested in purchasing. We enjoyed the time we spent looking for potential homes. I highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a manufactured home!
