The flowers we're amazing helped me make my wife's bday that much more special. I work out of town and I'm not able to be there for her birthday but y'all helped me out by getting those flowers out there on time. Thank you so much God bless you
Extremely courteous and professional! I live in San Antonio and had them surprise my aunt with flowers to her house in Mission. She wasn't there and Petalos Y Arte waited at her front door for over 10 minutes while I tried to locate my aunt to get the flowers! I appreciate their friendly service!

WORST FLOWER SHOP IN THE VALLEY. BROS IF YOU NEED TO GET A SET OF FLOWERS DELIVERED ON TIME THIS IS *NOT* THE PLACE TO GO TO. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. I ASKED FOR MY FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED BY 10AM ON VALENTINES DAY & 2:30pm CAME AROUND AND STILL NOTHING, WHEN I CALLED AFTER THE 20th CALL THEY PICKED UP, & THEY TOLD ME “pos no se que decirle sir” & THEN SUGGESTED “venga por su dinero” I WAS LIKE WHAAAAAAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS. I THEN GOT MY MONEY BACK AND LADY WAS STILL BEING RUDE ABOUT GIVING IT TO ME. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!
