I have a 11 month old Jack Russell/ rat terrier mix that we rescued from a highly abusive home. He gets very anxious over anything new, will shake and hide as best he can , he had chewed his nails to almost nothing they where jagged and sharp. Pampered Paws was absolutely amazing with my Loki she let me hold him and as he tried his best to hide in my arms and shook like crazy , she calmly and quickly evened out and smoothed his nails . Very professional, and very good with furbabies! ( This was also Loki's very first groomer visit! ) I highly recommend Pampered Paws, and will definitely be going to use her again .
