For starters this place is beautiful, very clean and welcoming! Which says a lot about the owners, management and staff. Unlike other places that my mom has been to. I had an issue and needed it to be resolved. Matilda made sure it would be taken care of, and she kept her word! Finally, a place that cares for their patients! I have had experiences in the past at other places where I was given the run around or wasn't even allowed to bother the Director of Nursing, not at Affinity, Matilda the Director was so kind to my mother and very compassionate. She even had Raul the RN follow up with me the following evening when I was there visiting my mom. He was so professional, caring, and understanding when I voiced my concerns. He was so attentive, as well as, the rest of the nurses working. My poor mother and I, have had some really bad experiences in the past. That's all over now, talk about heaven sent! If you ever need proper care for your loved one don't look anywhere else, come to Affinity, you won't regret it! To the Director of Nursing Matilda, and Raul the RN if you happen to read this, thank you from the bottom of my and my family's heart. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH AND YOUR TEAM! The marketing and admissions team at Affinity are responsive, caring, and very knowledgeable. I have worked with Marta for years and she is one of the best. Most would rather go home, but when a skilled nursing facility is recommended by your physician, I recommend this group.
This facility is super clean and beautiful. I visited a few facilities and this was the only one that did not look old and like a convalescent. This facility looked like an actual rehab facility. The staff is very attentive and caring. All the rooms were two people to a room. There is a beautiful park where I can go while visiting. The place also has valet to help me park since parking is a problem in the paramount area. This is a beautiful location
Best nursing home, ever. This is the kind of place I hope I end up in when I need to. My brother has received the best of care, all staff members are friendly & love their jobs. Patient families are treated like family, we are kept informed of all details regarding the care of our loved ones. Facility clean, does not smell of pee or poop & patients are checked on frequently to be sure they are comfortable.
Upon arrival street parking will be very difficult to find but they do offer valet parking which I was a little hesitant about since I am not sure if I would need to tip. However, the attendant just told me where to park with no obligations. The facility is very well kept and the staff here greeted me nicely. I visit a lot of skilled nursing facilities and you would be surprised how many times I come in and out unnoticed. This can be concerning when you have loved ones residing in these facilities however, at affinity healthcare center I can tell staff was aware of my presence and I even had a member walk up to me to ask who I am here to see and what for. I met with a client for one of our programs and she seemed to be very content in the facility.
