Hello. I have read reviews here and I see that most people have had satisfactory service . Please allow me to elaborate as briefly as possible on my experience.I brought a truck in for radio repair recently. The vehicle was there for a full 8 days. I waited on return calls 3 separate times for updates which never came . I had to call back every time to see what was going on and then I only got brief /confusing replies . The last time I called I was told that the radio couldn't be fixed and I could just come pick it up. That was fine with me because I had already been without the truck for 8 days. I called an hour ahead of time when I was coming to get the vehicle stating that I needed the paperwork upon arrival to get in and out as soon as possible . When I arrived an hour later I had to wait 45 minutes to sign and leave. Now here's the icing on the cake. The first time I tried using the high beam head lights every light on the vehicle went out. That was not an issue at all when I brought the vehicle in . I am so frustrated at this point that I'm hesitant to even bring it back to have what ever fuse was either misplaced or not completely inserted back in to the fuse box fixed. I have never written a review until now because I just don't normally write reviews period. On anything. I just feel that regular customers or any customer should get better service than the debacle I just experienced. There are other issues about this service but, I won't go in to them for sake of time . It was just bad . Really bad. I have more broken parts now than before the service.

We chose Joe Mahan Ford service center over Jenkins and Wynne because the customer service is 100% better than in Clarksville. The extra drive to Paris Tn is well worth the extra time to be treated like a valued customer. The customer service in Clarksville is horrible. I believe this is in part because most of their customers are military, and they feel like they don't need to treat military members and their families with respect or provide quality customer service, after all there are lots of customers...they can afford to lose a few.

I tried getting a car through Joe Mahan but I'm guessing they couldn't do nothing for me because I never heard from them... they blew me off so, I went to Wyatt Johnson and got a car through them and I am going to spread the word to my Military Brother's and Sister's to go to Wyatt Johnson from now on.
