The staff at Park Meadows Imaging was fantastic! From the warm welcoming from Barb at the front to Terry the technician that did the scan. I had no clue that I was claustrophobic even with the (obviously) new open ended machines; Terry was very patient and even had some tricks to help me feel comfortable! I highly recommend Park Meadows Imaging for anyone needing an MRI.

Terrible patient treatment, showed up at 9:00am and waited 40 minutes before I asked what was going on. They immediately came out with attitude and told me they only had size xxl scrubs, to get changed and go back to the lobby and wait another 20 minutes. This whole hour not a single patient was seen. I finally had to reschedule and leave. SpineOne does a good job but these folks have done areas of improvement

I had a good overall experience getting an MRI here---everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly, the facility is nice, and when I asked they gave me a digital copy of my MRI. I'm knocking a star off though, because when I took my MRI results to another specialist not affiliated with this company or SpineOne upstairs to get a second opinion, he said the the resolution of the MRI machine wasn't great, which made the results somewhat blurry.

This place was horrible...I'm still paying a bill because they lied and told me they were in network (wont make that mistake again lol). I'm so glad I didn't go for the three epidural injections that 'Dr. Mike' was pushing. He's one of the more condescending doctors I've had. They give you a shot of toradol and several pills to take before your MRIs, and that stuff really clouded my judgement. The only bright spot was Josh, the PT.
