I start going to this Dentist in June; he's actually very nice and professional. The issue is his front office staff manager Sharon and him upcharging for services not rendered. If I hadn't worked in a dental office previously, then I wouldn't have known that they were coding treatment procedure incorrectly. I received a 4 surface white resin composite which is contracted at 109 and with insurance paying, my out of pocket expense should have been 26. The front office and the Doctor coded my treatment as a \Core Buildup\ which was INCORRECT and I paid 69.50 instead! I explained to the office manager the procedure code was incorrect and she was extremely rude and nasty. Since they wouldn't change it, I contacted Cigna and they called Pars Dental and even the person from the insurance company said her explanation didn't make sense at all. Sorry to say I will never go back to this dental office and I will file a complaint against them for fraud regarding procedure codes.

Beware...A thief A criminal. Stay away. Charges patients and insurance. If you don't pay attention he pockets the money. This is called double dipping and criminal
