Great experience. This is my first time i ordered cake here. I did get what I wanted, and I also got them in perfect condition, but it’s the customer service that’s really good. After my order came, I was happy that the experience went just as I was told it would go. I’m glad to have made a purchase from here, and I hope to go here again. Poor customer experience. I had called on Saturday for a quote and had trouble in their website uploading a photo and they said I could email a picture for a quote. The person who called me back was pretty rude saying he didn’t have time to go through emails and preferred the website. It would have been nice if they would have said that when I called on Saturday. I went here from a recommendation from a friend who has gotten birthday cakes here, but definitely seemed to not want my business. Similar to a previous review, I think it was Mike who acted like my business was not worth his time.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Peachtree Cake Company. Excellent experience from start to finish. The owner was a complete joy to work with. He was efficient, kind and has EXCELLENT taste! The cake was gorgeous and so moist and delicious!
