Very unprofessional. Made an appt for 730am for my toddler to have and exam and cleaning and was not seen until 815. The hygienist appeared to be personable. We were not greeted by the dentist instead she walked in and began the exam. A name would’ve been nice! She told me what I already knew that my daughter needed a cleaning and that is what We were there for. Only to be told later that they were “busy” and did not have her scheduled for a cleaning and would have to come back. What a waste of time!

I came here with my twins who are 4 years old. I loved the fact that they did not keep me waiting. My twins get very fussy and getting in and out was great! The staff were all very friendly and I requested a private room since my twins are hard to manage will getting there teeth cleaned. I will definitely come back.
I rate Pediatric Dentistry 5stars. The did an extraordinary job taking care of my son & daughter today. Thank you so much to the staff for great customer service and the great care they took of my children.Tedra office manager helped me in ways I did not thought exist anymore. My children smiles are genuine with this staff thank you. Thank you !
Always very helpful. My daughter was terrified of going to the dentist and they helped her get through her first visit and eventually her subsequent visits. They never forget my child who was kicking and screaming in the chair . All of my kids now enjoy their dentist check ups.
I simply called to make an appointment for my daughter, jessica answered the phone not listening to my questions rudely interrupted me by saying the same thing I said to her but in a different way calling me sweetie...very unprofessional then the nerve to hang up on me. I will never make an appointment for my daughter to go there she only has 2 teeth what an impression. I will also be contacting the corporate and as well BBB!!!!
