The service is terrible. I went to see the pediatric orthodontist with my daughter who needed orthodontic work and I made an appointment to get the work done on her teeth. I called back multiple times a week for 3 weeks to inquire about the price of this work and to get a quote before the appointment date. The front desk kept telling me every time I called that they would get back to me and give me an estimate but they never did and 3 weeks went by. Then I cancelled the appointment because I did not want to get the work done without an estimate of what it would cost me out of pocket. I recently called back and requested that the orthodontist call me back because I had questions regarding the treatment that my daughter needed but again I never received a call. So I made an appointment with another pediatric orthodontist closer to where I live.The service here is terrible and the front desk doesn't care and does not pass along the messages and there is no other way to communicate with the dentist. If they do not correct this issue they will lose business and many other parents will leave and take their dental needs somewhere else just like I did.
