I was referred to John Benson to assist with handling my uncle’s estate from start to finish. While working with John, I mentioned an incident that had happened with my father, whom I had lost just 3 months prior to my uncle. This was an injury he incurred when temporarily out of his home, which I believed was negligent and lead to a lot of pain, suffering and subsequently, death.
