Employee has poor customer service skills. Was hoping to find something I could possibly add to my catering gigs but lost interest with the employee not trying be helpful and being very short with answers and didn’t try to suggest similar products or ask for certain flavors I could be looking for. Maybe they don’t have the training or desire to do better.
