The store is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. The variety of spices is great. But their loose leaf tea taste worse than regular tea bags from convenient store. I’m very disappointed that I paid so much for tea that I had to throw in the trashcan. I noticed that they sell tea in plastic zip bags. And I guess that’s the reason why tea loose all the flavor. I’d recommend this store to buy spices but not the tea. Avoid places that store and sell tea in plastic bags

The staff was great and very helpful. I was looking for some specific/ obscure items they didn't have but did find some reasonable substitutes for my stay in the area. There were lots of infused salts as well as the traditional teas and loose herbs. I'm very pleased with a new tea I picked up at the staff's recommendation, Blue Raspberry Crush.

They moved recently and it's bigger inside. The entrance is not tricky to find. It's not in the xmas store but closer to the restaurant.

Great shop in Merchants Square. It is easy to overlook if you didn’t know it was there. Large selection of loose teas. So many kinds!! I asked several questions about properly steeping and icing the teas I chose. The staff was great and answered all my questions. Definitely be back
