I feel like the staff really cares about me and my dog. They have been nothing but helpful and understanding of my anxious rescue pup who has a really hard time with separation. I can always tell that he has had a great time socializing with the other dogs which is his real love. They have often taken a moment to send me a picture through text to show me that he is having fun and doing well. While that is such a small gesture, it’s incredibly appreciated and makes them stand out above other boarding facilities. After hours pickup is also a HUGE bonus when traveling.

Our dog, whom is a part of our family, has been going to Pet Resort for boarding since they opened many years ago. He always gets excited when we walk in your door. The staff is the best and truly cares about all the dogs. The after-hours pickup option is so helpful especially when landing late at Love Field. Thank you for your commitment to great service.
While I have used Pet Resort for years, my experience has always been exemplary. But the recent experience leaving my two frenchies with them during the Texas winter storm really made me a customer for life. Not only did they take extreme care to keep our boys safe and warm, but also Meredith (Manager) and her team sent us multiple updates each day on the conditions in the daycare given the rolling power outages and updates on our boys. It was such a horrible situation in Texas during this storm, but they made us extremely at ease with regard to our babies and had we full confidence in the staff. Thank you a million times over! ️
Definitely recommend Pet Resort Dallas. We have left our 2 dogs there on several occasions and always a great experience. We recently boarded them, and one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency. They got him transported to the vet quickly for care (and this was on Christmas Day!) I always feel safe leaving them here while we are gone!
