It took only minutes to receive a follow up call to the online application I had filled out and they were willing to listen to my situation and work with me to the best of their ability to get me into a new car. My wife & I went into Pete Franklin's yesterday, and had one of the best experiences we've ever had in buying a new vehicle.(New to us). Our sales lady "Melly Mel" was great!!
