The prices and installation was fantastic. Thoroughly happy with the customer service provided when purchasing rack units for our storage space. However the individual we were dealing with dropped the ball when it came time to pick up excess racks that were not needed and to return our refund. We had to chase him down for days that turned to weeks for only a 104. Plus at first it was 300 to 150 and now we are being mailed 104. Determine your own thoughts and decisions based on my statement. Good Luck December 26, 2018 And still waiting for our refund of 150. No phone call as to when it's coming. No apology for waiting this long, months to be exact. Not sure what your experience has been but so far not happy. The owner is a great individual very personable, however a certain staff member has dropped the ball. If your reading this I would not suggest Big Lift. There are other reliable businesses out there. Andrew clearly isn't a salesperson to deal with if your not happy with your product.
