After years of being prescribed remedies that never worked that well, I finally found a doctor/staff who listened to my problems and offered their simple, natural probiotic and enzyme regimen. I finally have a solution after 10 years! I'm so glad I called them. They are always very responsive to my needs, listen closely and truly care. I can't thank them enough!

Good Dr but didn't tell me Medicare and Blue Shield won't cover this procedure now I owe thousands of dollars. If they would have told me I wouldn't have had the procedure done. Told me they would refill but still getting bills. Billing person wasn't very helpful until I contacted the office manager. I think Dr Cruz is good but not worth the cost and hassle.

I just moved to Arizona. I read the reviews for Dr. Cruz and was hoping she was a good as the reviews I read. She is! Dr. Cruz has been attentive and proactive to my needs. So far she has uncovered 4 things that my previous doctor was unwilling to look into. We are not done yet in this journey. I am grateful to have found her and feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

You'll never see Dr. Liz Cruz only the Nurse practitioner Maureen. Been having digestive issues for years yet nothing has been resolved. Switching GI to see an actual Doctor. Also as the reviews have stated you'll never get through on the phone. You'll never get results. It's like they don't remember who you are or any tests they have done. Usually other doctors will read up on you to refresh their memory before coming in. They don't care about patients yet again other office in it for money. REPLY what holistic options? I was never even offered one. She just wanted to pump me with meds. The options you have on the wall i can't even afford.( she sells her own supplements) I was never even suggested something similar i could take that would help. Yes all about the money dr cruz doing producers shes making thousands of dollars while an in office visit a few hundred. They dont make a great team i would like the option to see an actual dr. Dont let them fool you. Don't go there.

For those of you who Dr. Cruz helped - Great! However, I called to schedule an appointment and did not get a call back for 1 week if not longer. When Ray called me back, he asked me a few questions and then proceeded to tell me that \Dr. Cruz does not give second opinions because she doesn't want to waste her time or mine\ and that she also \will not see patients who have been to another GI doctor within the last few years\. As others have mentioned, this office seems to Never answer the phone which very discouraging up front. She may be a great doctor but her staff need some customer service training. Very sad that I can not leave the STARS blank.
