UPDATE! January 2019: Josh, the manager and Dan, the laptop technician, worked hard to ensure they resolved all of my issues in a timely manner. December 2018: The people are kind enough. However, I have taken my laptop to this location two times in the past 6 months and have not been happy at all with the repairs made. I first brought it in for a screen replacement. A few days later, the same issue occurred. I brought it in again and they completely replaced the screen (as evidenced by the lack of stickers). Unfortunately, when the technicians replaced the screen, they managed to put the keyboard on improperly and I cannot get it to adhere properly. It was a mistake to bring my laptop to this location.
