Need to take 'people skills 101'....a working knowledge of the animals they are selling would be helpful. Don't judge a book by it's cover would be an excellent beginning...
The worst pet store in America. DO NOT get your pet from here, I bought a turtle from here they couldn't even tell me what I need for the turtle....... then the turtle was sick so I took him to the vet she asked where did I buy him from and I told her pick of the litter in ruston then she said the reason my clinic is still in business is because of all the sick half dead animals they sell.....this was all within 1 week of purchasing him and when I tried to take him back they told me the reason he was swimming sideways was because he was young ....really..... when I took him to the vet she said he had a respiratory infection fluid in his lungs which was causing him to swim sideways..... if I could give them 0 stars I would
The staff's knowledge of fish at least is a joke! I was told that if I wanted an Oscar, I needed a 70 gallon tank for that fish ALONE. They tell customers that all cichlids are the same and should only be put together. Had absolutely no clue that some cichlids are safe in community tanks, and some aren't safe with other cichlids. We had some of the friendlier cichlids once. While I was out of town, my husband went to buy a new fish, and tells them what we have. So they sell him an auratus claiming it was the perfect fish for our tank. I come home, look at my tank a day later, and it had killed EVERYTHING! Every last fish! The owners themselves don't know fish breeds! I've been sold more fish that died than lived. I've been sold parasites and then asked to pay for the medicine to cure my tank! Oh, and when they sell you a fish that dies 2 days later, they want YOUR aquarium water tested. Can't possibly be their fault! I have been keeping aquariums for 17 years now.

Terrible. All of the animals inside are abused and not taken care of. Many of the animals are diseased without any care.
I've bought a Guinea pig here before... few weeks later it has babies well the sales lady fails to tell me she's pregnant or she didn't know... if i knew it was pregnant I wouldn't have gotten her.. And I'll never buy fish there either...
