Jamie was supposed to tow my car to a local O’Reilys auto part up the street from my job (where my car refused to turn on). Instead he went out of his way to look into the issue (which I assumed was the battery) and QUICKLY helped me realize it was NOT the battery. Thank God he let me know, so I could simply tow my car home and have my husband and look into it later!! Jamie was super helpful, professional And has a great deal of knowledge on cars.

Donnie at Piedmont Towing was available to assist me with a tow at the last minute. He was very kind and offered a lot of assistance with towing as well as storing a vehicle I just bought that broke down on me. He was very helpful during the whole process which took a couple of days while I tried to figure out what to do with a broken car. He actively communicated with me during ordeal and offered suggestions and took time out of his weekend to help me try and diagnose the problem. I recommend him to anyone that is in need of roadside assistance. Thank you Donnie for all of your help!
The tow truck driver I dealt with was awesome! I've used Piedmont Towing a few times now and they've been fantastic no matter what service! Whether it be a lock out, towing my car, picking up my motorcycle or getting me out of a sticky situation with a very large uhaul stuck in the mud, I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again for anything I need. Thanks guys!
We were having trouble on the insurance side. The driver and the owner were very kind and patient as the process took longer than any of us thought. The driver was very personable and he kept check on me as we waited. I'm s3ad I forgot to get his name. All in all I would use them again.
I had Micheal! He was excellent!! Got there before the time, and was able to help with everything. Had a great personality, and also very knowledgeable about cars! I would highly recommend!
