Should be more transparent with 80 \quote fee.\ I had to dig to ask what the charge was and the customer service rep tried to gloss over that. I understand that most plumbers are charging for diagnostic work, but be forthcoming. Won't be back because of that.

Peter was great to work with. We bought a new home and had a laundry list of items that came up during the inspection. Peter was able to work through the list in a timely, professional manner and explained what is work would entail to complete the job. He even came in under the quoted price when the job was completed. That's under-promising and over-delivering which makes customers very happy.
