I went into Pinkerton on Thursday just to look at a vehicle they had listed. Jim Thomas made the experience simply wonderful and stress free. This is the first vehicle I have bought on my own and he answered every question as well as took all my fears into consideration. I never felt pressured to buy the car. He wanted my decision to be one that I would not regret. Unlike most dealers I have been to where they just want the sale, Jim (and the entire crew there) don't want buyers remorse. I don't feel like I've bought a car as much as entered into a relationship with Pinkerton. They've earned my business and I see myself going back as well as recommending them to others. As an afterthought, my friend whom I took with me had been there before and was not sold on the car lot until she dealt with Jim as well. I believe she changed her mind on Pinkerton as well!

This is an old review, but my vehicle still has its problem years after I brought it in, so I'm going to go ahead and leave one anyways. I had previously brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. My vehicle will not remote start with the check engine light on. To keep this shorter than it could be.. the check engine light was reset, and I spent 1200 having.. I guess what was assumed to be the problem fixed. (I'd like to note, for fairness, that it's been a few years, and it wasn't the first time that I took my car there, so that roughly 1200 may have been accumulative for the same issue). Anyways, the last time that I left there, the check engine light came back on five minutes later, and I'm 1200 lighter. I'm not made of money, so obviously it wasn't going back so I could spend another who knows how much that could potentially be for nothing. I gave two stars on top of what was starting off as a one star review, because I remembered the popcorn and polite service.

I had been putting off buying a vehicle for three years, for a variety of reasons. I went to Pinkerton Chevy to look into buying a new Blazer. Matt and the other sales team members treated me like an old friend. They found EXACTLY the right vehicle, and fast! They did everything possible to get me a great deal on the vehicle I had been dreaming of. But you see, I kind-of expected that. I have been coming to Pinkerton for service since 1991. Always honest, professional, and caring, I felt totally \at ease\ with the purchase of my new (Cherry Red) Blazer. I highly recommend them for the purchase and service of any vehicle you would like. My husband and I found our vehicle on the Pinkerton Website. We traveled over to see the vehicle and immediately decided it was the one for us. My husband had wanted a truck for quite some time. We had been corresponding with Jim Thomas and he assisted my husband and I with the purchasing process. Jim was easy to talk to and upfront and honest with regards to the purchasing of the vehicle. Jim and Steve McDaniel made the entire experience an easy and pleasant one.
