I highly recommend Pixley Funeral Home-Rochester. Having to plan 2 family funerals in a short period of time during Covid was a daunting and emotional task but made much more comfortable by our funeral director Erica. She attended to every detail for two very different services and I always felt welcome to call with follow up questions and never felt pressured or hurried. The entire staff went out of their way to make me, my family and friends feel welcomed and attended to. The facility was very clean, antibacterial soaps and gels available everywhere I turned. My mother looked exceptional and it was obvious the care and attention to details were followed. I would not hesitate to use Pixley Funeral Home-Rochester in the future if needed. Thank you all!
My mother passed away a lot faster than we anticipated. We knew we wanted her to be in the care of Pixley Funeral Home. They went above and beyond with the entire process, even calling me when she was in their care. They took care of every detail, even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Gabby, Tim, Pam, and Marne were always there for my family as well as the rest of the staff. You can tell they deeply care about the families they serve, they are more than just customers to them. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Pixley has handled funeral services for 3 family members going back to 2007. While the loss of these family members is with me everyday the staff at Pixley could not have treated me any better than they have. They sincerely care about your loss and I consider them as friends
