I loved Planet Subaru and had Scott as my salesman. Scott was the best no pressure, no \icky salesman vibe\ ( My previous experience with another dealership) and very easy to work with. I also loved the dogs they are very friendly and certainly helped with the anxiety of buying a car.
Absolutely wonderful experience buying my first car here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special shout out to David who went above and beyond to help me find my dream car! When looking at other dealerships, I was really turned off by the high-pressure and often shady antics, so I’m so happy to have found Planet Subaru where that is not the case! At Planet Subaru, there’s full transparency and they do their best to make you feel comfortable and well-informed at all steps of the purchasing process. I bought a Subaru Ascent from this dealership yesterday. It was almost 2 hours from my house, but they offer incredible deals and even more incredible customer service. I would’ve driven 10 hours. I want to give a shout out to Eric and Connie who took care of me 24/7. The process due to Covid is a bit more lengthy and there were some set backs, but they took it with strive and continued with an amazing positive experience. Eric thank you for working with me financially and getting me the best deal and just speaking to me as a person not just a customer. You have such an amazing ability connecting to your clients! Connie you are truly amazing at what you do! During such a stressful time and on top of that buying a car can be a bit stressful (during a stressful time!) but you had such a calming and positive approach every time we spoke.
