Visited today (14 January 2021) and arrived at 9:50 AM. Well organized and orderly check-in process. Was able to get in and out in 20 minutes for a license renewal and Real ID upgrade. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Tough to really review the place during COVID-19. So this one opened up at 0730 and that's when I got there. However, there was already a LOOOOOOOONG line. So waiting in line in 28 deg cold weather gets 1 star rating. However, once inside the staff was very friendly and gets a 5 star rating. Hence, the 3 star review.
After waiting in line for almost two hours for a school bus eligibility form I was told that I was not eligible as I did not have a valid license for 3 consecutive years. This is a lie as have had a valid license for over 20 years in Illinois. They tried to say that I had moved out of state or something else. I feel that they typed that in because one of the workers was outside verifying information from others heard my conversation that I had with someone else about the election.
Here I am, writing a positive review for a DMV. Well organized, polite and HAPPY??! staff (that is a plus) I was in and out within 10 minutes for updating my license and updating my sticker. They were really personable and friendly. It was not crowded (go in the morning) there was no wait. They were great about covid and wiped down and sprayed everything before you approach their area.
Employees very friendly...not like aurora. They are very rude
