Had a contract with them to sell my house, lots of open houses without supervision that caused damage to my belongings, lots of excuses every time, and no sense of responsibility. Lots of disturbance with no result or enough explanation. Visits out of agreement, low balling, and you name it! Agents from other realtor companies in town did bring customers but this one that I had contract with brought not even one serious customer! Expensive service, rude and unprofessional agent, never listening to needs and no results at all! Never ever make the same mistake.

We just closed on a house we bought through this office and couldn't be more pleased with all the effort put into helping us make this happen. Craig is a superstar agent...he listened to us about what we were looking for and nailed it. He also kept us in the loop on every step of the way right through closing, went out of his way to accommodate our work schedules. The experience was nothing but positive all the way. We recently worked with Valerie of PA to purchase our FIRST home in Hutchinson. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Valerie and my loan officer at the bank were like a tag team that walked us through the process and made sure we got what we needed. Specifically, PA helped us to go on private walk throughs, gave us tools to research homes on our own (as we requested) and helped to consider options. Once we picked a home, Valerie helped us to set up inspections and gave advice on things to look for. Valerie helped with negotiations with the sellers, and we feel we got an excellent deal! Here's a few key things we liked about PA: Communication: Valerie was prompt and concise on her communications whether it was about home options, negotiations on closing costs, or fixes prior to move in. Dedication: We had some lingering repairs that the sellers still had after closing. Valerie was on top of it, and made sure it got done even weeks after closing. It felt like she really wantes to make sure everything was perfect and we were happy before closing everything up. Knowledge: PA is a local company, and you can tell that this is reflected in their knowledge of the area, comps, and inventory. Really helped when we got down to brass tacks with the seller in negotiations. To conclude, we are very happy with Plaza Astle and Valerie, and would highly recommend to anyone in the market.
