We took our puppies and their mom to the Pleasant Hill animal clinic just for a wellness check. They said the puppies were fine. When we went back for their shots we told them we thought one was unhealthy, they said she had allergies and she would be OK. We waited 2 weeks and noticed the same pup was losing weight. Took her to a different vet and within 30 minutes she was diagnosed as being diabetic. She passed away a week later. If she had been properly diagnosed to begin with, she could've received treatment sooner and had a better chance at survival.

If nothing else, I trust my dogs opinion on vets. He does not try to run or hide from his vet like he used to when we went to the harrisonville vet. Now walks right up to them and want to be pet. He also does not whine when I leave him there. As long as my dog likes them we will keep going back.

Hands down the best clinic I’ve EVER been to received care for our pets. From Alpaca, to cats and dogs it’s been perfect. The emergency care has been outstanding. Dr. Patterson, Dr. Baker, Dr. Kent, Dr. Wilburn as always your kindness and care in good and bad times is delivered compassionately and professionally. We thank you for all the care you have given our pets and hope to have you for a long time to come!
