The sales side of the dealership is very professional and friendly. However, the service side (whoever answers the phone and makes service appointments) has limited people skills. I have taken two different bikes to this dealership, both when they were at their present location and old location and have experienced the same “service negativity” in most all of my interactions with the service department.

I purchased my new F900r from Jeff as an out of state customer and this was the best buying experience I've had so far with this being my 4th motorcycle purchase. Almost everything was handled before I arrived at the dealer so that all I had to do was sign a couple documents. Jeff also spent all the time I needed to get used to all the technology on the bike including pairing my phone and helmet communicator to the bike. All the paperwork was transferred over to my state correctly as well. Top class service at fair prices!

I recently had my first experience with the service dept.- First of all, thank you for being open during this pandemic and keeping me on the road. I needed all new fuel lines (99 R1100S) and a new hall unit- not cheap, at all. After I agreed to an estimate, work was performed 2 days early and 600 BELOW, my est. I'd like to personally thank Gary for fixing a short and saving me a ton. I already feel like a regular, and I've never actually been in! Truly, Thank You.
