This was my first visit to Jerry at Plymouth Shoe Repair. I brought in a pair of boots that I'd worn for many years. Wish I had thought to make a before and after photo. Before Jerry dyed them, the boots were faded out from black. One was grayish, the other purple-ish and actually two different colors! I was a little hesitant to redye them with a shop I didn't know, but so glad I did. LOVE the result and am including a picture here. Jerry put rubber heel taps on the boots to preserve the heels, as he advised \it's better to pay 5.00 for the taps than for replacing the heels.\ He used the good rubber taps (not the plastic ones you sometimes see). I found him to be prompt, courteous, and fair in his pricing. I definitely will be back!

Great Problem Solving! I took a pair of sandals in that were one size too big that I really loved. Though Jerry had never done it before, he was able to cut down the sandals to fit me perfectly. The final result was amazing. Jerry is a true craftsman and very responsive to his customers. Highly recommend Plymouth Shoe Repair! One happy girl!

Based upon the positive reviews, I decided to take my decade-old Red Wing work boots to be re-soled. The bottoms were severely worn and chunked out (from shoveling), but the boots themselves were super comfortable and leak-free. Jerry did a fantastic job of putting a new high quality Vibram sole on them. Re-soling work boots isn't cheap, but for those who purchase quality boots (200) to begin with and don't want to go through the hassle of breaking in a new pair, it makes a lot of sense. I hope to get another ten years of service out of them now. Highly recommend this place.

My beautiful, favorite child, these Frye Chelsea boots, were in bad shape. I had worn a hole clear through one of the soles and the heels were all messed up. I took them into Plymouth Shoe Repair and for only 65 they made them look new again! I cannot explain how grateful I am that they made them look so nice and made it so I can wear them everyday for another two years. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have been to many shoe repair shops and Plymouth shoe repair easily comes second to none. The servicing I have gotten from there left me absolutely surprised, there isn’t anything that they can’t repair for any shoe! I will most definitely be coming back here due to the excellent servicing and professional work. Thank you for being professionals and handling everything with care as if It was your own! Can’t thank you enough for always getting the job done in a timely fashion as well!
