I highly recommend Riva for parts, sales, and service. I have personal experience with both parts and service, and Riva was reliable and provided great service. I know others who have purchased wave runners from Riva who are likewise happy. Given the size of their facilities, in multiple locations, it seems to me that they are a respected and reliable company with lots of happy customers. As for me, I recommend Riva.

They had a reasonably priced bike. Negotiations went quickly. Next day when I went back to pay, paperwork was ready, so I was in and out less then 30 min.
I love this store because my Husband(XXXTENTACION/Jahseh) got shot i loved him really Jah tell Jeneis i love the baby boy Gekyume, and I want Jah lol. Even though i never meet Jah i fell like i'm always with him.
Matty, the salesman was great, the boat was placed even with minimum interaction, mainly by phone and the day of the delivery he showed me everything, very patient to all of my questions. The finance manager and the parts associate incredible well too! I will be taking mine for maintenance there too! Thank you so much!!!
I bought a jet ski from them a month ago and the process was very smooth and quick. All the employees were super professional and nice. Today i took it in to get it serviced and i couldn’t have asked for better service. Robert was really good taking care of me and i was gone in 10 minutes ! I will definitely keep doing business woth them !
