This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a luxury vehicle. Edwin was very knowledgeable about my Porsche and was extremely patient with all the questions I had. He was really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in buying a car. Overall everyone at the dealership was very kind and courteous. This review should have bee done months ago. I was on a road trip with my daughter for a softball tournament when I hit something in the road. A small leak in my tire required a fix. Fortunately my hotel was less than 5 miles from Porsche Lehigh Valley and I dropped the car off there late Friday night. First thing in the morning I went back to discuss the issue with the service writer's Juan Martinez and Jon Sell, these guys were amazing right from hello, greeted me and got my car into a bay before they even officially opened. They told me I needed a new tire and unfortunately they did not have one. They worked with their Parts manager Caiden and called around to different dealerships to try and find the tire, no one had one. They then decided to call their distribution center and found a tire for me. They then sent Josh Shuck on a 3 hr round trip drive to get me the tire. They got the tire and had it installed before my daughters second game was complete. All this was done for someone who is not a customer of theirs, did not purchase a car from them and most likely, baring an unforeseen event, would not likely be in their dealership again. While this was all amazing, they truly did it so that I can attend my daughters softball game and arranged a rental car so that I could go to the game and return when my car was done. In a world where we are happy with mediocre service because we are used to poor service this experience was beyond phenomenal. This team at Porsche Lehigh Valley are a class act and I cant thank them enough. 5 stars is not nearly enough. Thanks guys you are the best.

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific macan from this dealership. I currently own a panamera I was interested in trading in. The salesperson confirmed with me 3 times over the course of 4 days that I was coming and what I was coming to see. When I arrived not only was that salesperson not coming out to speak to me, but I found out from the brand ambassador that the car wasn’t there because another salesperson had driven it home. They knew I was driving an hour and a half to test drive this vehicle and this was my treatment.

I purchased a certified cayenne with 10k miles on it December 2020. It was used as a service loaner. The rear bumper had a barley visible crease in it but I didn’t realize it until I got home. There was a cigarette burn on the rear floor matt that I didn’t discover until two days after I got it home. The other issues were car started to stall while slowing down or coming to a stop and cigarette lighters didn’t work. Turned out fuse needed to be replaced. I thought I got a lemon and began to freak out. I purchased the dent and ding coverage so that was fixed within 5-7 days no problem or additional cost. The stalling was due to a faulty switch and that was corrected under warranty. I didn’t care about the cigarette hole in the rear matt to much because I always get weather-tech’s. I do feel these issues should have been taken care of before the sale especially since it’s a certified Porsche that I’m shelling out 70-85 k for when all is said and done. However, the bright spot in all this was my sales rep James Lewis. He always answered my calls and was genuinely interested in resolving all these issues to my satisfaction. He literally just called to verify that all was well with my Porsche and if any issues arise to please call and notify him so it could be taken care of. So far I’m really enjoying my Cayenne and I did get an extra optioned vehicle at a decent price point. 4 stars because a certified vehicle should have no issues when sold to customer, cosmetic or mechanically inside and out. I would have given 5 if I could but these issues prevented me. 5 stars for my sales rep James Lewis who handled the situation like a pro. I would recommend Lehigh Valley Porsche because they made it right no excuses.

I highly recommend the product, and this dealership if shopping for a Porsche or higher end pre-owned. As a note, I have had similar experiences at all the Vinart stores and staff members when interacting with them. Thank you to all who were involved in the purchase of a car I have wanted for over a decade.

After entering the Porsche showroom I was directed to Keith Weaver who helped me through the complete vehicle purchasing and financing process. The process also included trading in a vehicle. Keith was very knowledgeable and kept me informed at each step in the process and told me how much time each step was going to take. After agreeing on the Porsche I wanted to purchase the process went very smoothly. The Finance person took me through the options available for purchasing the vehicle and made sure I clearly understood each option. In summary, purchasing the new Porsche was a very pleasant experience with knowledgeable people and no pressure tactics. I left driving the Porsche of my choice and was very pleased with the entire experience!
