My entire experience with Porsche Mechanicsburg was exceptional. Joseph (my salesperson) and Daine (the finance manager) were absolutely great to work with - very professional, helpful and friendly. I purchased a pre-owned car without seeing it. The car was represented exactly as it is. It was shipped to me in immaculate, clean and super well detailed condition. There were even some gifts in the car for me. I highly recommend Porsche Mechanicsburg!

Sent the 911 in for a 20k mile service. When the driver came pick up the car, I was shown with a 770 invoice taxes. When they finished the service, I was charged 1138 for the total. Then they told me there is a second page on that initial invoice the driver send me which the driver admitted never shown me that page and did not have a signature on that service. Their solution to this is giving me a 10 percent discount on the service I never requested and not aware of. Should I say thank you for giving me such a good deal on service I never requested?
