Outstanding purchase experience, would definitely come to Porsche Arlington over any other dealership in the area. The dealership is squeaky clean and exceptionally easy to access. They were consummate professionals, not at all pushy, and each visit I made along the purchase process was very thoughtfully curated on their part. I have to give special kudos to Zaid Hamed who is an outstanding salesperson, very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Also to Donald in finance who explained all of the various services and options available. These cars could sell themselves (and other dealerships let them do that) but Porsche Arlington is the most considerate organization I have dealt with.

My experience at Porsche of Arlington was second to none. The staff was helpful, attentive, courteous, and respectful. It really makes a difference in the buying experience, especially as a young buyer. The process was smooth and efficient and they sought answers to all of my questions. Mike, Scott, and Donald were excellent and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I hope to buy my next car from them!

Very disappointing experience. I came in to buy transaxle and front differential fluid for my 996 C4S after calling in advance to confirm it was in stock. The young man in parts did not know what fluid I needed and left for about 20 minutes to find out. Upon his return, he seemed even more confused than when he left. He still did not know what I needed and asked me questions that have already been answered. He left and returned to tell me the transaxle fluid was not in stock. Fine. When I asked for a quote, he could not provide me one. But instead, he quoted an entire drum price of the fluid. What??? He never even got around to tell me about the front diff fluid, but at this point I wouldn't trust to put anything in my car that this man sells me because he obviously has no idea what my car needs. Scary isn't it? I thought I was Autozone for a second. But at least he was very respectful to me. I actually found the sales team more appalling. While I was waiting, I walked around the showroom admiring the 911's with my girlfriend. No one approached me and asked if I needed help. No one even looked in my direction. Mind you, I was walking around for 20 mins. A salesman even walked by, and I followed him trying to make eye contact to ask a few questions. It seemed like he was actually trying to avoid me. I was in disbelief. This was not the level of excellence and luxury that the Porsche brand commends. This was not the level of service and expertise that you expect at a Porsche dealership. I was embarrassed to have brought my girlfriend with me (who is new to the brand). You will not see me or my car there again Porsche of Arlington.

Scott Goldwater and the sales team at Porsche Arlington were the most informed and detailed oriented group of professionals that I have ever encountered. When I initially walked into the dealership I was on the fence with buying a 2021 911. Scott answered all of my questions with meticulous detail and anticipated all of my concerns. I was Impressed with the level of motivation and knowledge. He made great suggestions on the design with exterior and interior options selecting the black accents and walking me through all of the different possibilities with patience and well informed feedback. It’s always a pleasure working with people who have knowledge, experience and passion that Scott and his team possesses. I would recommend Scott to any of my demanding friends and associates who might be in the market for a new Porsche!
