Tip Top. 5 stars. Not pushy. The best 911 buying experience Ever. The facility is Porsche. This is the Nordstrom of car buying. These guys are busy, if someone doesn't come up to you, they're most likely busy. If you're coming to buy, make an appointment or at least talk to someone before hand. Elvis was my guy. A and 5 Stars for the entire experience.

Outstanding service department! I can’t speak for the sales department...yet, but my experience with the service team led by Rick have been great. My go to service advisors were Mike and Hannah who always took excellent care of my Porsche Cayenne and myself. They always had a courtesy car available as long as I booked ahead of time and work was completed in a timely manner. When I become a Porsche owner again I’ll definitely return to South Bay for service!

After a month long worth of paper work and negotiations, my vehicle was shipped to Texas from California damaged. Each party blamed they other until finally realizing the damage happened before it left the Southbay dealership. We’ve purchased vehicles from several different companies, but we’ve never experienced the type of problems and unprofessionalism like we’re experiencing now. Very disappointing! I would give no stars if that was the option.

Matthew helped me throughout the entire process of purchasing a vehicle online and was always on time with his replies. I believe he went above and beyond what I had expected him to do. He made the vehicle purchase such a pleasure and I am very satisfied with his service!! He treated me with respect and as a real customer. Other dealerships would simply ignore my requests when I told them that I was located in a different state but Matthew did not. Matthew is a superb salesman and I cannot thank him enough. I would definitely work with him again in the far future should they ever have another vehicle that I want.
