I liked the people very friendly. Helped me and cosigner get what I thought was needed. Been 2 weeks I've called almost every day to speak to consultant that was doing my (trying to get a car on bad credit.)don't know if I was ever approved bc never heard back from them. And if it was the cause of my phone then I apologize but certainly didn't get a vehicle or a call back. So I turned the other cheek and went else where.

Went in for service with Mike, was absolutely amazing! They were very cordial, and did a great job to get everything done right! Will always bring my Porsche into here from now on!

Had my tire pressure light come on so I stopped on by to see if they could take a look at it. Sure enough they got it fixed and the light reset in just a few minutes!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Porsche Springfield. They were authorized to change the engine oil, brake fluid, cabin air filter, engine air filter, replace drive belt, and replace a pump as a result of a check engine light. Total bill was 2,085.05. The Porsche mechanic excessively overfilled the brake fluid reservoir so much that brake fluid leaked to the underside of the vehicle and covered the underside paneling of the vehicle from the front to back. The drive belt was clearly not replaced as the yellow belt lettering was significantly faded and the backside of the belt was glazed. This was noticed just a couple hundred miles after the service was completed. I contacted Mike McCormack at Porsche Springfield for a resolution and he insisted they did not over fill the brake fluid and the drive belt was replaced. He offered me no solution and no reimbursement. I took my vehicle to an independent Porsche shop and they confirmed the brake system had no leaks but was simply overfilled. They also confirmed the drive belt was not replaced. The cost to leak check the brake system, clean off brake fluid from underside paneling, and replace drive belt was approximately 1,283.00. You would expect the best service at a Porsche dealer especially with the premium price you pay. This is not the case.

If you’re in the Southwest Mo area, avoid this dealership and travel the extra time to Tulsa or Kansas City. I was told that servicing my lease would be included and they would come pick it up each time to avoid the hour commute for me. For the first 30,000 they did honor this, however once the gentleman that leased me the vehicle left, the proper customer service left as well. First I was told that the routine oil change is now an additional 2,250 or I can pay 390 for it but they will not turn the service engine light off. Then 2 other gentlemen, Mike and Drew, called me and assured me that everything was not only taken care of and they would bring it back for now cost, but the communication is so bad that nothing was serviced. Once I called back, they had no idea that no service way completed and then tried to get me in another lease. If you’re getting a higher-end vehicle, a certain standard of customer service is expected and reflected in the price, however that is nonexistent at this dealership.
